Trend Analyzer shows data in a table-like view with trend analysis. It is available when your metric returns data suitable for trend or time-series analysis.

When Trend Analyzer Is Available

Trend Analyzer appears in the chart type list when your metric has:
  • A single measure (with or without dimensions), or
  • Only non-numeric columns (categorical data)
Availability can vary by workspace and plan.

Data Requirements

  • At least one column (dimension or measure)
  • Often used with time-series or sequential data

How to Set Up

  1. Create a metric with the appropriate data shape.
  2. Click the Charts icon and choose Trend Analyzer (if available).
  3. Configure columns in Chart properties as for a table.
  4. Use Appearance and Table settings to adjust layout and formatting.

Notes

Trend Analyzer is not available in all embed modes (e.g., some plugin/end-user configurations). If it does not appear, use Table or Time Series for similar use cases.
