Initial Setup: Select Tenancy Level
Determine your organization’s Tenancy Level. Options include Database or Table.
- Database: Choose this if each client has a separate database.
- Table: Choose this if client data is organized using IDs within one table.

Type 1: Database Tenancy Level
Select tenancy level as Database if your client data is split by separate databases.

Type 2: Table Tenancy Level
- Find the Table on the right containing your customer data
- Use the search if needed
- Select the Primary Key column (e.g.,
id
,org_id
,user_id
)

Identify Client Name and Finalize Configuration
Select the column that identifies the Customer Name (e.g., 
name
, company_name
, client_name
).Then click Complete to finalize customer organization setup.
With these steps, you’ve successfully added customer organizations of your company to Databrain.
